Spark Influence Trading and Projects provides event management, brand activation, promotional campaigns, experiential marketing, promotional staffing, and related services as described on our website.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services
• Obtain necessary permissions and licenses for events where applicable
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms and invoices

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required to confirm bookings. Final payment is due upon completion of services. Quotes are valid for 14 days from date of issue.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on proximity to the event date and work already completed. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Spark Influence Trading and Projects. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Spark Influence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, except where prohibited by South African law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Gauteng jurisdiction.
